C#m

C#m She was more like a beauty queen from a movie scene

F#m I said don`t mind but what do you mean, I am the one

C#m Who will dance on the floor in the round

F#m She said I am the one

C#m Who will dance on the floor in the round?

C#m She told me her name was Billie Jean as she caused a scene.

C#m Then ev`ry head turned with eyes that dreamed

F#m Of being the one,

C#m Who will dance on the floor in the round

A C#mPeople always told me, be careful what you do.

A C#mAnd don`t go around breaking young girls' hearts

A C#mAnd mother always told me, be careful who you love,

A G#7And be careful what you do, `cause the lie becomes the truth, hey

C#m Billie Jean is not my lover,

F#m She's just a girl who claims that I am the one

C#m But the kid is not my son

F#m She says I am the one,

C#m But the kid is not my son

C#mFor forty days and forty nights, law was on her side

F#mBut who can stand when she`s in demand, her schemes and plans

C#m`Cause we danced on the floor in the round.

F#m C#mSo take my strong advice: Just remember to always think twice

C#mShe told my baby we danced till three, and she looked at me,

C#mThen showed a photo. My baby cried.

F#mHis eyes were like mine.

C#mCan we dance on the floor in the round?

A C#mPeople always told me, be careful what you do.

A C#mAnd don`t go around breaking young girls' hearts

A C#mBut you came and stood right by me, just a smell of sweet perfume.

A G#7This happened much too soon. She called me to her room, hey

C#m Billie Jean is not my lover,

F#m She's just a girl who claims that I am the one

C#m But the kid is not my son

C#m Billie Jean is not my lover,

F#m She's just a girl who claims that I am the one

C#m But the kid is not my son

F#m She says I am the one,

C#m But the kid is not my son

C#m

F#m She says I am the one,

C#m But the kid is not my son

C#m Billie Jean is not my lover,

F#m She's just a girl who claims that I am the one

C#m But the kid is not my son

F#m She says I am the one,

C#m But the kid is not my son

C#m She says I am the one,

C#m She says he is my son

C#m She says I am the one,

C#m Billie Jean is not my lover....
